Position Summary The BI coordinator will have a strategic role in ENERGIZER, acting as a link between data, business areas and leadership, with a strong focus on sales performance and forecast, commissions and incentives, campaigns and tracking initiatives, control of commercial funds, conduct/governance of automated reports with effectiveness and efficiency, transforming complex information into clear and actionable insights. This position is responsible for leading automation and analytics initiatives, ensuring quality, governance and data standardization, supporting strategic decisions of the company, 100% commercial. The activity will be strongly oriented to support the commercial area (Direct and Indirect Sales, with strong financial bias and interactions with Trade Marketing, RGM/Pricing), supporting the reading of results, KPIs, deviations, opportunities and ROI of initiatives. Responsibilities Data Governance, Quality and Performance • Ensure the reliability, consistency and integrity of commercial databases. • Implement and maintain data validation, control and profiling processes. • Act as a technical reference in good BI practices, modeling and visualization. Business intelligence & analytics • Develop and sustain a robust management information base for decision support. • Develop analyses that support sales, trade marketing, channel, promotions, pricing and profitability decisions. • Perform ROI analyses of commercial investments, funds, promotional actions and clients. Management of Indicators (KPIs) • Create, evolve and maintain dashboards, scorecards and performance indicators for different channels and levels of the organization. • Support business leadership in reading results, explaining trends, deviations and opportunities. BI, Automation and Technology • Develop and/or coordinate BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Fabric. • Build and maintain data pipelines, ETLs, dataflows, and analytical models. • Standardize reporting and automation routines for efficiency gains and scalability. Interface with Business and Communication • Translate business needs into analytical and technical solutions. • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to align scope, priorities and deliverables. • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical areas. • Promote data-driven culture through empowerment, guidance and influence. What we are looking for Training and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Administration or related areas. • Minimum experience of 4 years in BI, Data & Analytics, preferably with exposure to the commercial area. • Experience with technical leadership or coordination of data initiatives/projects. Technical Skills • Microsoft Power BI (advanced): building interactive dashboards with a focus on user experience and storytelling, publishing, refresh, etc. • Power Query / M Language: transformations, merges, append and data handling. • Advanced Excel: dynamic tables, power query, data modeling and analytics, VBA. • SQL for database query and structuring. • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric / Azure (Dataflows, Pipelines, Lakehouse, Azure SQL, Synapse). • Advanced English (for interaction with global teams, audits and documentation). Desirable (not mandatory, but differential) • Knowledge of Python and/or R for advanced analytics. • Power Automate experience. • Use of AI applied to BI and analytics. • Tableau knowledge. • Prior experience in FMCG commercial environments.
