MIG Welder

HEAVILY seeking for MIG Welders in the Honey Brook, PA area!!! *WEEKLY PAY*

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, engineering specifications, sketches, and verbal instructions to build a variety of parts, components, or complete machines.
• Perform MIG welding on steel components in accordance with required quality specifications.
• Set up welding machines correctly for each job, including adjusting settings based on material and project requirements.
• Develop and use component weld fixtures as needed to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
• Grind, polish, and finish welds to meet quality and appearance standards.
• Work on a variety of custom fabrication projects depending on current production needs.
• Follow established procedures and processes with a strong focus on safety and effective work practices.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, cooperative attitude on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate flexibility by taking on different tasks and learning new skills as projects and priorities change.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience or formal schooling in MIG welding.
• Hands-on experience setting up welding machines for MIG welding.
• Experience performing MIG welding on steel.
• Ability to grind and polish welds to a clean finish.
• Ability to work from drawings or blueprints to complete fabrication tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality specifications.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility in taking on a variety of tasks.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $18/hour + depending on experience!

Candidates are eligible for $1 increases after 30 day evaluation based on performance! Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
