Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist (W2 Employment Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy predictive models and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, data processing, and cloud-based AI/ML environments.

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science / AI
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Strong experience with SQL (Mandatory)
• Experience with Machine Learning / Deep Learning techniques
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Experience cleansing and transforming large/complex datasets
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Databricks and/or Google BigQuery
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard/visualization tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools/practices such as MLflow, Kubeflow
• Experience documenting models, code, and data pipelines
• Experience presenting findings/results to stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
