As a Concierge Security Officer, your primary focus will be delivering outstanding customer service while working with individuals in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Set Schedule: Full-time overnights, 11pm-7am, Sunday-Thursday

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Monitor and manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to spot potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency services
• Address inquiries in person or over the phone
• Document incidents and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Officer

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation required
• Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive screening process
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus!
• Possess a state license if required
