💼 THE ROLE

As General Manager, you’ll act as the CEO’s right hand — owning day-to-day operations and driving overall business performance.

This is not a purely strategic role. You’ll combine high-level thinking with hands-on execution, leading a distributed team of ~20 people across revenue, product, engineering, operations, finance, and HR.

Your mission is simple (but not easy): 👉 Drive sustainable growth, increase profitability, and build a scalable SaaS machine

Success in this role naturally leads to a COO / CEO succession path.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • Drive revenue growth and EBITDA performance
  • Take full P&L ownership within 3–6 months
  • Lead and scale a cross-functional remote team
  • Optimize key SaaS metrics: MRR, CAC, LTV, churn
  • Build and implement KPIs, dashboards, and operating systems
  • Bring structure, clarity, and accountability across the business
  • Partner on B2B product direction (0→1 and scaling phases)

🧠 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven track record growing a small SaaS company (<50 people)
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS leadership roles
  • Hands-on experience owning P&L and profitability
  • Strong grasp of SaaS economics & subscription models
  • Background in product, engineering, operations, or technical environments
  • Experience leading remote, international teams
  • Highly data-driven, execution-focused, and entrepreneurial
  • Fluent English

Strong exposure to SaaS in one or more of the following areas:
