Podcast Production Assistant — Editing, Clips, Graphics, Distribution (Ongoing Weekly)

I'm looking for a skilled podcast production assistant to handle the full post-production workflow for the Be There Podcast — a weekly interview-format show recorded on Riverside (video + audio).

I record 1 episode per week (4 per month). My role is to deliver the raw Riverside files and guest headshots/bios, then do a light review of the final cut before publishing. Everything else is yours.

PER-EPISODE DELIVERABLES

• Full Episode Editing (Audio + Video)
• Audio cleanup: levels, noise reduction, filler word removal
• Video editing for the full-length episode
• Intro/outro music and branding elements added
• Short-Form Clips
• 30 per month (7-8 per episode)
• Mix of lengths: 15s, 30s, and 60s
• Optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
• Captions and subtitles included on all clips
• Social Media Graphics & Scheduling
• Episode announcement graphics, audiograms, quote cards, etc.
• Templates already exist in Canva — you'll use those as the foundation
• Schedule and post across platforms using Metricool (account already active)
• Show Notes & Descriptions
• Written episode description with key takeaways
• Guest bio and relevant links included
• SEO-friendly formatting
• Distribution / Uploading
• Upload and publish to: Podbean, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify
• Metadata, thumbnails, and descriptions consistent across all platforms

WORKFLOW

I use Monday.com to manage the podcast pipeline. You'll work within my existing board.
