Senior Business Analyst – Oracle OTM (Supply Chain Transformation)

We’re supporting a global consulting firm delivering a major supply chain transformation programme for a leading client in the US.

This is a critical hire, joining at a pivotal stage of a large-scale implementation involving Oracle OTM (Transportation Management) and Infios WMS, alongside the launch of a new central distribution centre.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the OTM design phase, working directly with stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead workshops and requirements gathering across transportation and logistics functions
• Support Oracle OTM design and implementation activities
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Work closely with stakeholders across operations, IT, and supply chain
• Contribute to wider transformation initiatives including WMS (UAT phase)
• Operate in a consulting-led, delivery-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong consulting background (Big 4 or boutique preferred)
• Proven experience with TMS platforms, ideally Oracle OTM
• Experience across logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations
• Confident running workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving transformation programmes
• WMS exposure (nice to have)
