Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and transform global supply chain operations within a Tier 1 semiconductor environment. This role is responsible for defining and executing supply chain strategy across planning, sourcing, manufacturing partnerships, and logistics to ensure supply continuity, scalability, and competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate will bring deep semiconductor industry expertise, strong leadership capability, and a proven track record of navigating complex, capacity-constrained environments while driving operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and market dynamics
- Lead end-to-end supply chain functions including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, inventory strategy, and logistics
- Own executive-level relationships with key suppliers, including foundries, OSAT partners, and critical material providers
- Drive supply assurance strategies in highly constrained environments, including allocation frameworks and capacity negotiations
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to support NPI (New Product Introduction) and long-term product roadmaps
- Establish robust S&OP / IBP processes to align demand and supply across global stakeholders
- Lead risk management strategy, including mitigation of geopolitical, capacity, and single-source dependencies
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service levels and quality standards
- Champion digital transformation across supply chain planning, including advanced analytics and automation
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing global supply chain teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 12–15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including significant leadership roles within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Proven experience operating in a Tier 1 or similarly complex global supply chain environment
- Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chain models (fabless, foundry, IDM, OSAT)
- Demonstrated success managing supplier relationships at an executive level
- Strong experience in supply-demand balancing, capacity planning, and allocation during constrained supply scenarios
- Experience implementing or leading S&OP / IBP processes at scale
- Expertise in ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis)

Preferred Experience
- Experience working directly with leading semiconductor foundries and ecosystem partners
- Background in managing supply chain during periods of significant disruption (e.g., global shortages, demand spikes)
- Experience in scaling supply chains for high-growth product portfolios
- Familiarity with sustainability and responsible sourcing practices
