Job description
Position Overview As a Supply Chain IT Portfolio Manager within the IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing a portfolio of supply chain-related technology projects and initiatives. In this role, you will guide project and program managers, offering strategic direction and support to ensure that all supply chain IT projects drive operational efficiency and align with organizational objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business partners to establish clear portfolio goals and strategies, prioritize initiatives based on supply chain needs, and manage associated risks. Additionally, you will monitor industry developments and best practices to ensure the portfolio remains innovative and responsive to evolving supply chain challenges.A Day in the Life
- Oversee the management and optimization of a portfolio of projects and programs (25%)
- Lead a team of project managers, providing strategic guidance and mentorship (20%)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define portfolio objectives and strategies (15%)
- Oversee portfolio budgeting, cost estimation, financial tracking, and reporting (15%)
- Facilitate clear, timely communication and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders (10%)
- Manage risks and resolve complex issues (10%)
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices (5%)
You'll Come With
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio management.
- 5+ years working with supply chain teams, IT, analytics, or systems roles
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to strategically execute and maintain long-term relationships with executives, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Compensation Range: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00
