Role Description

The Regional Sales Director - Northeast will manage sales efforts and key accounts within the assigned region, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and on-premise partners. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing market strategies, leading promotional activities, and identifying new business opportunities to expand brand presence. The role requires regular travel within the assigned region to strengthen partnerships and oversee sales performance. This is a full-time, remote position.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the wine, beverage, or luxury goods industry
• Strong relationship-building skills with distributors, retailers, and industry stakeholders
• Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and industry trends
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Northeast region
