WMS Business Analyst

Salary Range: $130,000 to $140,000 per annum

Location: 200 Gateway Drive, North East, MD 21901

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with users and stakeholders in Maryland DC to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Assist with testing activities, including test case development, user acceptance testing, and issue tracking.
• Support change management, training, and user communication efforts.
• Prepare clear status updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Track action items, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Provide ongoing support to users during rollout and post-implementation phases.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst role with WMS experience.
• Strong experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and user stories.
• Experience with workflow tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of change management and training support.
