Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to secure fresh clientele, strengthen client bonds, and extend networking efforts internally and externally to realize business development objectives. Key tasks encompass supervising the Client Management Process and working alongside various teams to deliver a Branded Client Experience, granting access to a comprehensive range of services from the Private Bank and the bank's offerings tailored to fulfill specific client demands. It is essential to ensure client retention in this role.
Responsibilities
- Takes charge of overseeing the client process management process in the client team to pinpoint potential opportunities for expanding the business
- Identifies potential clients within the parameters of the bank's established risk threshold
- Takes the lead in ensuring the client team delivers valuable interactions and maintains a branded Client Experience
- Gains a thorough insight into the needs, preferences, and comprehensive wealth management approach of clients, remaining flexible in response to fluctuations in the business setting or client requirements
- Serves as a strong advocate for clients and prospects, acting as a dependable advisor who offers holistic advice encompassing wealth organization, credit solutions, banking services, and asset supervision
- Supports the implementation of digital features to enrich the interactions of clients and their teams
- Cultivates partnerships with both inside and outside associates and influential hubs
Required Qualifications
- Successful candidates should possess over a decade of experience in private banking or dealing with intricate financial services, or similar business-related roles
- Skill in driving the growth of new clientele for targeted market segments
- Skill in delivering a well-rounded plan to clients by making use of all resources available through the Private Bank
- A client-centric person who emphasizes a hands-on approach and possesses remarkable interpersonal aptitude
- A leader who spots opportunities to engage with clients and takes proactive steps to utilize them in order to enhance the client's welfare
- Demonstrates a capacity to make an impact; actively seeks out and secures business opportunities
- Candidates must possess a solution-driven mindset along with expertise in sales and finance
- Being an adept negotiator is crucial
- Ability to work with and identify the need for team specialists; collaborate closely with other team members
- Stepping up as a leader both in the team and among business peers
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing either an MBA or post-graduate degree requires a commitment to advanced studies and specialized knowledge
- Having qualifications such as CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD is highly beneficial
