What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions that enable real-time mission execution.
• Integrate across diverse technology stacks and collaborate with multiple product teams.
• Gather user requirements and rapidly deliver intuitive, reliable interfaces and workflows.
• Own the entire development lifecycle-from concept to deployment-while ensuring security and scalability.
• Enhance existing tools and systems to meet evolving mission needs. What You Bring
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Proficiency in UI frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend services (Python, Spring Boot).
• Experience with RESTful web applications and relational databases (Postgres, SQLite).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and DevOps principles.
• Ability to adapt quickly and deliver solutions in a dynamic mission environment. Preferred Skills
• Prior CNO experience and understanding of SIGINT systems.
• Knowledge of end-to-end collection and analysis workflows.
