Responsibilities What You’ll Do as a Dental Hygienist As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll support each patient’s journey toward optimal oral and whole‑body health. Your responsibilities include: Reviewing and updating dental X‑rays and chart notes, maintaining equipment as needed Meticulously documenting clinical findings with precision, including comprehensive probing depths and compelling narratives that support patient care and insurance claims Ensuring OSHA and HIPAA compliance at all times Sterilizing instruments and maintaining hygiene supplies Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection in a friendly, approachable way Serving as a reliable support point for both patient and team communication Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all Your clinical expertise and genuine empathy will help patients feel comfortable, informed, and empowered to maintain their best oral health.
