Global Talent&People Development Intern

Are you eager to discover how talent strategy comes to life in a global organization? We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our Global Talent & People Development team. This role is designed as a deep dive into the world of corporate growth, where you will learn the "why" and "how" behind large-scale people initiatives. As an integral part of our team, you will support the orchestration of our core development pillars, gaining hands-on experience in launching Global Leadership Programmes and shaping Individual Development Journeys for our key people worldwide. Operational Support: Learn the end-to-end execution of global training by assisting the team in program launches and session coordination. Data Stewardship: Develop a "data-first" mindset by helping maintain talent databases, ensuring development records are accurate and ready for strategic reporting. Development Coordination: Gain insight into the talent cycle by supporting the administration of assessment processes, Individual Development Plans and Global Talent Reviews. Stakeholder Engagement: Observe and assist in the partnership between our team, external providers, and internal participants to ensure a high-quality learner experience. Active Learners: You are genuinely curious about how people grow within a global business and are eager to see the "behind-the-scenes" of HR strategy. Precision & Care: You have a keen eye for detail and understand that the quality of global communication reflects the quality of the brand. English Fluency: Our playground is global. You are comfortable communicating clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal).
