Senior Outsystems Developer/Tech Lead

We are looking for an Senior OutSystems Developer/Tech Lead to join our growing team.
In this role, you will guide development teams in designing and building scalable, high‑quality low-code solutions using the OutSystems platform. You will define architectural best practices, ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, promoting good engineering practices, and enabling teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support development teams throughout the full application lifecycle using OutSystems
• Define and validate architectural decisions, ensuring performance, maintainability, and security
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with business requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and development standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the team

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience delivering OutSystems projects (for Senior Developer roles)
• 2+ years of experience in OutSystems technical leadership (for Tech Lead roles)
• OutSystems certifications:
  • OutSystems Professional Web Developer
  • OutSystems Architecture Specialist
  • OutSystems Associate Tech Lead
• Experience with systems integration and sound knowledge of software engineering principles
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a diverse, inclusive, and international environment
