Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Grain & Hop Store venue. This role is responsible for driving bookings, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sales across events, corporate functions, and group business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This venue has a huge opportunity for secondary spaces, as well as competitive socialising and the home for sport in the city. 

• Social media awareness to support event promotion and drive engagement.
• Experience managing event bookings from enquiry through to delivery
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
• Creative approach to maximising venue space
• Strong understanding of the local market and competitor landscape
