Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in SQL, data analysis, and healthcare claims data to join a high-impact team responsible for managing critical client data and driving data quality, integrations, and scalable architectures. 🔹 Required Experience:

• 8+ years in Data Engineering / Data Analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and/or PL/SQL
• Healthcare domain experience with enrollment, medical claims, and/or pharmacy claims
• Experience with data mapping, transformations, validations, and ingestion workflows
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Neo4j
• Familiarity with Databricks, AWS, Azure, Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, etc.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile / SAFe environments 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain complex SQL queries for data management and validation
• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and reliability
• Design scalable, secure data architectures
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and Engineering teams
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and support process improvements ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience required ✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently ✅ Flexible schedule with occasional after-hours/weekend support
