The Compliance Analyst will primarily be responsible in ensuring that the company is adhering to all financial regulations of the government. They shall be able to identify and mitigate any potential financial risks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements
Manage tax compliance (BIR, VAT, BOI) in coordination with other stakeholders
Audit financial transactions and review internal controls
Maintain accurate financial reports
Manage renewal of business permits and real property taxes
Manage regulatory compliance to the DOE and ERC; file quarterly and annual reports
Key Competencies & Skills:
Excellent financial reporting modelling skills
Updated on the current accounting standards and tax/government regulations
Excellent analysis and decision-making skills
Able to multitask and manage multiple workload within the provided deadline/timeline
Excellent risk management skills
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a CPA
1-3 years working experience, preferably in the record-to-report function (general accounting / financial reporting)
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace and SAP
Experienced in government relations
Experienced in customer service/stakeholder management
