Job description
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle across multiple roles and departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, talent pools, and direct headhunting
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (telephonic, virtual, or face‑to‑face)
- Coordinate and participate in competency‑based interviews
- Conduct reference and background checks in line with company policy
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Admin and Operations teams
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practice and market insights
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote the organisation as an employer of choice
- Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain timely and transparent communication with candidates
Compliance, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labour legislation, EE targets, and internal policies
- Maintain accurate data on all applicable WNS systems
- Produce recruitment metrics and reports (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, quality of hire)
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
