We’re hiring a Commercial Electrical Project Manager with a strong field background—someone who started as an electrician, understands the job site, and can lead commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout.

If you’ve run work in the field, led crews, and now manage projects while staying hands‑on, this role is built for you.

Full‑time | On‑site | Regular job‑site travel

Why This Role?

• You will start your day at the office then—this becomes a very field driven- hands on PM role.
• You’ll work directly with electricians, foremen, clients, and inspectors
• Projects are commercial, multi‑site, and fast‑moving
• Your electrical experience actually matters here, it's not just managing others with the experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial electrical projects from pre‑construction through closeout
• Work directly with Lead Electricians on manpower, materials, tools, and schedules
• Track RFIs, change orders, submittals, SOVs, and AIA billing
• Review daily reports and resolve field issues, sequencing conflicts, and scope changes
• Communicate with clients and contractors to keep projects on time and on budget
• Perform regular site visits to support crews, ensure quality, and enforce safety
• Price and manage change orders and additional scope
• Support scheduling, job assignments, punch lists, and inspections

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in the electrical industry (field experience required)
• Former electrician (journeyman, foreman, or lead experience required)
• 3+ years of electrical project or construction management experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and job‑site safety
• Ability to troubleshoot, redesign, and implement practical field solutions

Tools & Technical Experience

• ConEst, Bluebeam, AIA docs, SOV tracking
• Blueprint reading and field documentation
• Scheduling, cost tracking, change orders, punch lists

Schedule & Travel

• Monday–Friday

On‑site in office, while traveling to the field

Multi‑state job‑site travel
