Overview The UF Health Transfer and Patient Flow Center Registered Nurse coordinates all external and internal patient transfers across the UF Health system, ensuring seamless access to care for patients across all affiliated hospitals, campuses, and care settings. This role provides “one-call” access for referring physicians and facilities, facilitating timely connection to the most appropriate UF Health facility, service line, and provider based on patient needs, capacity, and capability.
