Primary Responsibilities As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of Warehouse Associates (2 5 - 28 ) to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. You will be responsible for driving performance, delivering results, and meeting or exceeding defined goals. You will cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment. Associates will work in different temp zones including refrigerated (25 to 35°F) and freezer (-20°F). Shift: 1st Shift - MUST be able to work on Saturday's Time: must be flexible Essential Functions Leading and Developing Team Members Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 2 5 - 28 Warehouse Associates, ensuring they have the tools, support, and knowledge to meet and exceed performance expectations Set clear, achievable performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness to drive results while fostering a culture of mutual respect and high engagement Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback, always reinforcing a positive, collaborative work environment where team members feel valued and supported Inspire individual growth and career development by promoting skill enhancement and fostering a culture of continuous impro vement that celebrates both individual and team achievements Recognize and celebrate outstanding performance, motivating the team to perform at their highest potential and creating a positive and respectful work environment Safety and Compliance Management Lead by example in creating and reinforcing a safety-first culture, always ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, providing training and implementing corrective actions where needed to prevent injuries and improve safety standards Hold the team accountable for maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive work environment, where safety is viewed as a shared responsibility and a core value of daily operations Oper ational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, continuously optimizing workflows to drive productivity and minimize bottlenecks Apply LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices to identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce waste, and ensure operations remain efficient, accurate , and aligned with team objectives Collaborate with peers and leadership to implement improvements based on feedback, performance reviews, and observed inefficiencies, always striving for better results and greater accuracy Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude High school diplomas or GED required ; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential warehouse functions of this job. Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day. Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently . The Warehouse Supervisor is frequently required to stand, walk, climb and sit at times in the warehouse. While performing the duties of this position, the supervisor is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm. Freezer temperatures: (- 2 0 °F ) | Refrigerator temperature (25 - 35 °F ) . The supervisor is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the warehouse work environment are typically low to moderate.
