Marketing Analyst (GCC) Aon is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our Consumer Benefit Solutions Marketing team as part of our Global Capability Center (GCC). This role focuses on the execution, production, and maintenance of high-quality marketing and sales materials aligned to strategies and messaging defined by onshore marketing and growth leaders. The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in scaling consistent, compliant, and on-brand marketing deliverables, supporting sales and growth priorities through structured collaboration and defined intake processes. Your Impact as a Marketing Analyst You will be responsible for translating approved marketing strategies, messaging, and content into polished, client-ready materials and insights. Success in this role is driven by precision, clarity, responsiveness, and the ability to operate effectively within defined processes and priorities. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, update, and maintain client-facing sales and marketing materials (presentations, sales sheets, proposals, templates) based on approved messaging and direction from onshore marketing leaders Ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, current, and aligned with Aon brand standards and marketing governance processes Execute marketing plans and initiatives defined by onshore teams, supporting brand awareness and revenue growth through high-quality delivery Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using defined metrics and reporting frameworks to support continuous improvement Conduct market and competitive research to support messaging, proposals, and sales conversations, synthesizing findings into clear summaries Support multiple initiatives simultaneously through structured intake, prioritization, and delivery processes Collaborate with onshore marketing partners, growth leaders, and sales teams through scheduled reviews, written briefs, and feedback cycles Escalate questions, risks, or dependencies through established channels to ensure alignment and timely resolution You Bring Knowledge & Expertise Required Experience 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or communications roles Experience supporting B2B, financial services, insurance, benefits, or other regulated industries preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience producing executive- and client-ready presentations Familiarity with SharePoint or similar content management solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise messaging Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently within defined timelines and processes Proven ability to work independently while following established standards, templates, and guidance Preferred / Nice to Have Exposure to marketing performance reporting or basic analytics Experience working with global or offshore delivery models Familiarity with brand governance, compliance review, or regulated content environments Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 2576183 Marketing Analyst (GCC) Aon is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our Consumer Benefit Solutions Marketing team as part of our Global Capability Center (GCC).
