Trident Consulting is seeking a "Warehouse Operator III” for one of our client in " Claremore, Oklahoma ". A global leader in business and technology services.

Title – Warehouse Operator III

Location: Claremore, Oklahoma, USA
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $19 – $22/hour on W2(Inclusive all)

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Overtime: Available (cross-shift & weekends)
• Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary

The Warehouse III role supports manufacturing and logistics operations by handling materials, operating forklifts, and ensuring efficient movement of goods. The position requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials
• Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory management tasks
• Move and organize materials within the warehouse and production areas
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records (SAP preferred)
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Perform tasks at elevated heights (up to ~20 ft using harness equipment)
• Support general warehouse operations and occasional outdoor work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6+ months of warehouse or related experience
• Basic forklift operation experience (preferred)
• Ability to:
  • Read and understand instructions, memos, and documentation
  • Perform basic math calculations
  • Use basic computer systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP systems (not mandatory)
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift:
  • Regularly up to 20 lbs
  • Frequently up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in:
  • Fast-paced, noisy environments
  • Continuous movement throughout shift
  • Elevated positions (up to 20 ft with safety harness)

Work Environment

• Indoor warehouse with A/C and heating
• Occasional outdoor work required
• High-activity, physically demanding environment

• Required Attire:
  • Blue jeans (no holes)
  • T-shirt
  • Steel-toe boots (mandatory)
• Provided by Company:
  • All additional PPE (e.g., harness, safety gear)
