Position Responsibilities

Perform business data modeling and analytics to drive demand forecast. Lead product planning support from the perspective of technical readiness, operational readiness, supporting the voice of customer (VOC) / voice of partner (VOP) process and helping to develop the product segment level strategies with other key personnel such as Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance. Monitor and analyze sell out trends and create data visualization to provide actionable insights, support decision-making, and communicate key findings effectively to stakeholders. Conduct market research, including competitive analysis, to derive data-driven product and pricing strategies. Utilize business analytics and business intelligence to develop automated dynamic reports and dashboards to support key business functions and initiatives as well as leverage data to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across teams. Create new analytic systems and processes to improve financial planning and revenue management, enabling informed business decision-making and optimizing forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation. Prepare and own AP2 forecasts for assigned categories, collaborate with supply chain, sales, and customers to ensure appropriate inventory levels throughout the product lifecycle, and timely end-of-life (EOL) strategies for Samsung’s products. Support the VOC & VOP data collection analysis process for the signage category as part of the master GTM plan. Determine the questions and information to be collected and the method of collection. Mobilize data collection efforts and ensure all stakeholders receive communication, collate the data, analyze trends, identify key themes, formulate conclusions, communicate findings and results to HQ, category leaders, and other stakeholders. Produce Category sales, Category inventory targets and market share goals. Interpret and analyze data to assist the division in making strategic decisions and manage specific large-scale product opportunities that require daily project management.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, Data Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Financial Analyst, Project Manager, or another related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skill: (1) experience with sales, product management, project management, and marketing in the business-to-business industry. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (2) leading commercial and consumer product launches end-to-end; (3) managing supply and demand forecast cycle; (4) performing financial reporting, and presenting, delivering, and communicating data-driven insights to stakeholders; (5) processing and analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights for process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency; and (6) managing cross-functional projects for large Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% required. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Salary Range: $112,778/year to $146,500/year
