Cost Control Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Control Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, validating, and reporting cost performance across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy while supporting decision-making through precise cost analysis.

• Assist in preparing and updating project cost reports and dashboards.
• Support the monitoring of project budgets and track cost variances.
• Help review and validate subcontractors’ and suppliers’ invoices.
• Maintain cost-related documentation and assist in monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to collect cost data.
• Support cost forecasting and assist in analyzing project performance (CPI, SPI).
• Assist in identifying potential cost overruns and reporting deviations.
• Ensure cost control procedures are implemented and followed on site.
   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Basic knowledge of cost management tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
