The FP&A / Project Finance Analyst will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial evaluation of business projects. The role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring project performance, and providing insights to support management decision-making and project profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial plans
• Perform monthly variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial summaries
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability trends
• Develop and maintain financial models in Excel / PowerBI
• Support monthly closing and management reporting
• Provide financial insights to support business strategy
• Support financial evaluation of new projects
• Prepare project budgets and cost tracking reports
• Conduct financial feasibility and profitability analysis
• Monitor project costs vs budget
• Assist in preparing cash flow projections and financial models for projects
• Support project performance tracking and reporting
• Work with project teams to gather financial inputs

Required Qualifications

• This role requires basic experience in the Finance & Manufacturing Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Desired Characteristics

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
