Requirements: Active LCSW license in the State of Texas Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution Successful background check before employment begins K–12 school-based experience preferred Commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity Bonus points for fluency in a global language (Spanish, Somali, or Arabic)

Compensation: W2: $80,000-$96,000 annually
