Job description
We are seeking a Laborer/Flagger to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.
Responsibilities
Assist with general construction tasks
Direct and control traffic around construction work areas, using signals, signs, and hand gestures
Drive a company pickup truck for mobile, fast‑paced flagging operations covering mile‑long sections of roadway
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Ability to report to jobs based out of Cassville, MO, with work taking place across Missouri and Northwest Arkansas
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class E driver’s license required, with the ability to drive a company pickup truck
Experience in construction or related industry preferred
Experience in traffic control or related industry preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
