Job description

Job Overview As a Human Resources Business Advisor, you will be the key partner delivering exceptional HR support and strategic partnership to both employees and management within our organization. This role allows for hybrid and remote working arrangements.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding team needs, and providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters, including:

In collaboration with business stakeholders, you will shape team-level HR strategies that align with both HR and organizational objectives, ensuring our HR practices effectively support business goals.

As a trusted advisor, you will

  • Guide employees and managers on engagement, career growth, and succession planning.
  • Engage in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues to maintain fairness and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance HR policies and practices.

Staying updated on HR trends and best practices will be essential as you apply your knowledge to advance HR programs, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support focusing on performance management, talent development, employee relations, investigations, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with leaders to effectively address employee concerns and implement HR best practices.
  • Promote employee development initiatives, including training programs and career development opportunities.
  • Assist in the rollout of HR programs and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and effectively resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate necessary HR reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with recent focus on HR partnering and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with leaders and employees alike.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise sound judgment.

Compensation We are committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position offers a competitive base salary along with an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $136,000, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. We typically do not hire at the top end of the range to allow for meaningful salary growth in this role.
