What you’ll do

In this role you will:

  • Consistently follow our established Cosmetic Grading process to deliver a product quality assessment of Laptops and Desktop computers.
  • Consistently follow our established windows Imaging process and undertake basic hardware diagnosis tasks.
  • Focus on delivering a consistent results while following our established Windows Quality Assurance process.
  • Conduct basic repairs on our products, such as installing a new Battery or changing RAM and Storage devices.
  • Collaborate with your teammates by completing general warehouse duties as directed: for example, cleaning, sorting, picking and packing.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in computer knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of computer repairs and parts
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Take pride in and champion excellent organisational skills

  • Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm – 38 hours per week
