Key responsibilities

Creates and works to a technical design to develop the automation of JCI internal business processes
Is focused on design, development and technical excellence of the automated solutions together with their replicability factor
Creates supporting technical documentation: SDD, Pre-UAT Checklist, Pre-PROD Checklist and Operational Handbook
Helps with design of automated solutions that will be developed by Vendor Factory
Keeps the RPA Delivery Lead up to date with the status of development, issues and impact on related development / projects
Develops and delivers automated processes to quality and agreed specifics within the Enterprise CoE operating procedures, creating reusable knowledge assets for each automation project
Can be tasked to deliver change requests and/or bug fixes if needed
Utilizes Agile artefacts to deliver projects, working alongside the business users, SMEs, Analysts and CI Team to understand, assess, replay and deliver business process automations to agreed specifications to meet business requirements
Ensures bot documentation is well maintained
Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing (alpha & beta)
Works collaboratively with business teams during the UAT phase to fix assigned bugs
Reports status, issues and risks to the selected Stakeholders on a regular basis
Improves skills in automation products by completing certifications and self studying next generation topics of AI Agent, AI Builder

Knowledge / Skills

Good understanding of programming concepts and a programming background in any coding language (Python, .NET., VBA, SQL, HTML, C#) and adequate knowledge of UiPath, MS Power platform
Strong problem-solving skills: able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve
Understanding of basic object-oriented concepts
Excellent troubleshooting and good communication skills
Great networking skills and the ability to influence outside of own team
Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related technical field

We are looking for:

Senior RPA Developer with 8+ years of overall professional experience, including approximately 2 years of hands-on RPA(UiPath) project delivery.
MS Power Platform, AI Agent, Azure DevOps proficiency is an advantage
Great knowledge of code troubleshooting
Good understanding of IT Service Management and Change Management
SQL proficiency is an advantage
English language Business Proficient level with ability to speak and understand IT terminology
Experience in AI Builder, AI Agent or other AI tool is an advantage
