About the Position
This role will support the execution of the People Strategy and operational duties to ensure that we have a cohesive set of HR services and initiatives across two legal entities within Delhi, AML RightSource and Blue Umbrella. One of the key HR priorities is to provide an employee experience which aligns to our local business strategies and group direction.
- HR Process Management
- Lead and manage core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, etc.
- Streamline and standardize HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Monitoring HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitoring and implementing performance management cycle to educate and execute with the leadership and managers of all the functions
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage audits and reporting requirements related to HR operations.
- Experienced to manage documentation with procedural orientation.
- Maintain a high degree of personal confidentiality and manage systems to ensure that all HR and personal data is processed and stored in line as per laws
- Experience to lead, conduct and monitor all necessary HR investigations including disciplinary, POSH etc.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor HR operations team members across regions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate with HR leadership to implement strategic projects (e.g., policy changes, system upgrades).
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Provide insightful HR Metrics/case studies or reports to the management for supporting business decisions
- Stakeholder Management
- Follow the due diligence on Customer Centricity and Collaborate with stake holders such as internal units like IT, Finance, and Legal to support HR operations.
Position competencies
- Prior Experience of 12 to 15 years as an HRBP or a similar role
- Proven working experience as a Manager for 5-7 years or similar responsible for multiple locations and project roles
- Highest Qualification- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and HRMS. Knowledge of Workday & Jira will be preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and local language
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competent to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices with experience of handling critical situations
