About Analog Devices & the Role
Analog Devices is a leader in high-performance signal processing solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to join the Precision Signal Chain Group (PSG). The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the development of high-precision analog circuits and optimizing performance in critical signal processing applications.

In this role, you will drive the development of low-noise, high-precision analog circuits that are critical to various industries. You will work closely with a large, global team and must demonstrate strong engineering communication and collaboration skills to ensure seamless development and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop precision analog and mixed-signal circuits, including low-noise HV amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, voltage references, and regulators.
- Optimize designs for signal integrity, noise performance, power efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Perform circuit simulations, layout reviews, and validation to ensure adherence to performance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with test engineers to characterize and evaluate prototypes.
- Work cross-functionally with layout, product, and system teams, ensuring seamless integration into final products.
- Communicate effectively and work efficiently within large teams distributed across multiple geographies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in precision analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
- Demonstratable expertise in CMOS, bipolar, and high-performance analog IC design.
- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE simulators, and mixed-signal design tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sensor interfaces, instrumentation amplifiers, and high-precision ADC/DAC design.
- Familiarity with layout effects, parasitic extraction, and high-reliability designs.
- Ability to lead design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
