Cluster Assistant Director of Marketing Communications (Bangkok Base)

You will be supporting the Marketing and Communication needs of the business by working closely with the Director of Marketing Communications and the Marcom team. Further you will drive the awareness and promotion of the Minor Hotel Group, its brands and properties through strategic and tactical marketing communications in order to deliver business results and support hotels, while ensuring all communications are in-line with the relevant brand standards. Managing the relationship with relevant external creative and media agencies as well as internal departments will be part of your job too.

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• 5-7 years experience in Marketing Communications in the hospitality industry
• Preferred experience with online marketing, advertising and financial planning
• Experience in directing media agencies
• Fluent command of English, verbal and written
• Knowledge of design principles is beneficial
• Strong team player and able to work under pressure
