Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Curriculum Designer to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable, role-specific and GTM-agnostic learning experiences for the global IFS sales organization. This role is instrumental in establishing a strong, consistent foundation for new hires and driving ongoing skill development through the IFS Sales Academy. 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in adult learning, instructional design, and digital content development, along with a solid understanding of modern sales motions and enablement strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own design, creation, and governance of all sales eLearning content in alignment with IFS strategy and tooling. 

  • Develop and maintain role-based and GTM-agnostic curricula that support new hire onboarding, AI adoption, ongoing enablement, and product/process readiness. 

  • Partner cross-functionally with SMEs, sales leadership, and the Digital Learning Team to transform complex knowledge into scalable, engaging content (microlearning, video, simulation, eLearning). 

  • Serve as the curriculum architect and content program owner of the IFS Sales Academy – the central hub for seller L&D. 

  • Govern updates to training content at scale, ensuring all learning assets reflect current messaging, systems, and processes. 

  • Ensure the consistency and quality of learning paths by applying the IFS Enablement Framework and modern instructional design practices. 

  • Maintain a rigorous update and content hygiene cadence to ensure version control and relevance across global regions. 

  • Measure content effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement

  • Strong governance for content ownership, versioning, and update cycles 

  • Improved seller performance through accessible, relevant, and just-in-time training 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, or instructional design, preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software organization. 

  • Proven ability to develop and scale eLearning content and blended learning paths aligned to business goals. 

  • Familiarity with learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, SCORM, Articulate, Cornerstone SBX). 

  • Ability to translate business priorities into learning programs that drive behavior change and performance. 

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across regions and time zones with minimal oversight. 

  • Experience with IFS solutions or ERP/HCM sales is a plus.
