Strong clinical and assessment skills within LPN scope Excellent communication and patient education abilities Compassion and emotional intelligence when working with oncology patients Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset What You'll Do Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, assessments within scope, and documentation Assist with patient intake, history collection, and care coordination Support physicians and RNs during exams and procedures Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including oncology providers, navigators, and support services Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Assist with scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care What We're Looking For Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program. Experience : One year of relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
