What We Offer The Employee Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing employee health services to Novant Health team members, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care in accordance with established policies and procedures. What You'll Do In addition to these core responsibilities, this position is part of the Employee Health Event Team . The Event Team plays a key role in providing on-site support for employee health needs, including orientation events, fit testing, and vaccine clinics across the Coastal market. Key Responsibilities: Provide employee health services to employees, including health assessments, interventions, and follow-up. Support and lead events such as employee orientation, vaccine clinics, and fit testing sessions. Collaborate with Infection Prevention and other clinical partners to ensure health and safety standards are met. Track and maintain accurate employee health data. Role Highlights: Location: Based out of the Wilmington-Coastal office. This is your home base for office days, with regular events held across the Coastal market. Occasional travel may be required to locations such as New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick areas—with plenty of notice provided and all travel kept within reason. Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM , with occasional early starts. Strong focus on event planning and delivery , requiring excellent organizational, communication, and nursing assessment skills. Ideal Candidate: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and adaptable to varying schedules. Willing to travel within the Coastal market, with flexibility for occasional assignments outside the market. Strong communication skills, especially in event-based and high-volume settings. Passionate about protecting the health and well-being of team members. Job Relationships: Reports to and receives assignments from the Manager of Employee Health Operations. What We're Looking For Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSN Preferred. Experience : Three to five years in a clinical setting, required. Licensure/Certification : Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Certified Occupational Health Nurse, preferred.
