How you'll make an impact As a Client Service Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You’ll actively manage client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Working closely with our sales team, you’ll build strong, lasting relationships with clients, offering customised solutions that protect their interests and help them achieve their goals. Your leadership will inspire and guide our Client Service Associates, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment. You’ll manage complex accounts, with a particular focus on self-funded business, and use Gallagher’s resources to create effective client deliverables. From preparing RFPs and analysing proposals to supporting negotiations and developing client presentations, you’ll play a pivotal role in the employee benefits Client Service Cycle, ensuring a seamless renewal process and achieving our 95% retention target. About You You’re a strong communicator who thrives on building professional relationships with both internal and external partners. You’re adaptable, innovative, and always looking for ways to improve. Balancing multiple priorities comes naturally to you, and you’re not afraid to go the extra mile to achieve results. You bring: A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 8+ years of experience. A Producer’s License and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships preferred. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
