Responsibilities To perform maintenance duties in and around the buildings of the complex and to construct, repair and maintain related equipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Completes assigned work orders daily, to include repairs on and maintenance of mechanical, non-mechanical and electrical equipment. Work must be performed in a safe and timely manner and according to dept. standards and procedures and to manufacturers’ specifications. - Observes mechanical devices ) pumps, motors, engines, etc.) in operation and listens to their sounds during equipment check rotations and during daily activity. Notifies supervisors of problems immediately. - Keeps accurate records and documentation of work performed and turns in paperwork at end of the shift. - Maintains work area in a safe and efficient manner. - When requested, independently completes assigned projects/tasks requiring expertise in a specialized trade in a safe, accurate and timely manner. - Accurately estimates quantities of materials needed and assures adequate time for ordering. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Three (3) years of experience Min USD $23.80/Hr. Max USD $35.80/Hr.
