Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY In this role, you will support strategies and solutions in employee listening, talent intelligence, and people data storytelling. You will assist HR leaders and business partners in making informed decisions across multiple areas of human capital. By consulting with stakeholders, structuring business problems, designing analytical plans, and leveraging your experience with statistical techniques, you will deliver meaningful insights presented in an intuitive and compelling way. You will also play a key role in supporting Partner and HR data literacy and supporting HR and business stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Strategy Implementation and Support - Define and implement the HR and Partner Analytics strategy - Consult HR and business leaders on the use of HR and Partner data across HR domains and disciplines - Conduct strategic analyses needed to enable and inform HR and talent strategic objectives. - Develop strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and challenges, partner with Finance, Analytics teams, Digital, HR Technology and other relevant COE - s - Build awareness of HR metrics and Partner analytics insights across the organization. - Act as a bridge and integrator across departments to achieve consistent, cohesive HR and Partner data definitions and utilization. Insights Generation and Consulting - Execute the HR Partner listening strategy and program, including HR surveys and assessments across the Partner lifecycle. - Identify workforce challenges, interpret data findings, and consulting with stakeholders to define solutions, telling a story through data visualizations. - Translate complex analyses and technical concepts into simple business terms with the ability to effectively communicate to an executive audience. - Maintain a deep understanding of Partner demographics, behavior, and preferences, using this knowledge to develop insights and recommendations focused on enhancing the Partner experience, increased performance, support career development and drive sustainable growth - Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for data-informed decision-making - Educate stakeholders on leveraging insights for strategic decision-making, as needed. - Inform and support the prioritization of dashboards and reporting to visualize key HR and Partner data insights; inform the creation of dashboards and reports, as needed QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS - Advanced individual contributor in a professional role. - Works independently, with limited oversight, however, work is typically approved upon completion. - Recognized as a subject matter expert who demonstrates mastery in applying theories, principles, concepts, and methodologies to devise innovative solutions to complex problems. - Guides the development of policies, processes, and procedures in area of expertise. - Majority of work efforts are spent managing large projects and/or processes. - Coaches, directs, oversees, and/or reviews the work of lower-level professionals. - Networks with contacts outside own area of expertise using knowledge of interrelationships between disciplines. Advises others on complex matters using knowledge and persuasion. - Bachelor's degree or role-relevant experience required. 7+ years of relevant experience preferred. Additional Requirements: - Experience in the following analytical software tools / packages: SQL, SAS, R, Python, MS Access - Experience building data visualizations using MS Excel, Tableau, Spotfire, MicroStrategy Visual Insights, or other data visualization tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Experience in telling the story behind the data and translating analysis into insights and recommendations. - Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across departments to achieve business goals. - Experience in driving projects from end to end (from building strategy to execution) - Understanding of HR domain areas and metrics (such as talent acquisition, compensation, performance, learning and development, and HR metrics). - Experience in data-driven journalism or storytelling, creating compelling articles and visualizations to communicate analytics insights. - Experience in executive data storytelling, building compelling and concise presentations to communicate insights. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS - Function in a fast-paced, office environment - Travel by car or plane with overnight stays - Work extended hours; sit for extended periods. - Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
