Review all pre-employment reports including criminal background, license verifications, drug screen results, VOE’s, etc. Point of contact for all candidates in process of background and drug screening When a hire is cleared to start, send clearance email and coordinate with management first day Review company policies with new employees and ensure compliance with signatures Provide overview of benefits and deadline enrollment reminders to new hires Management of all items required for employee set up in HRIS system (PeopleSoft) for system access, security, logistics, pay and benefits, MVR monitoring etc. Follows onboarding and notification procedures with appropriate departments (i.e. IT & Credentialing) to ensure new employees are set-up with the necessary resources Collects I-9 documents from manager, audits and submits E-Verify for new employees within 3 days of hire date Collect and issue badges Partner with applicable teams including IT, Payroll and HR to proactively problem solve for new hire issues Responsible for meeting onboarding deadlines (proposed start dates and period goals) Coordinate and verify attendance headcount for weekly new hire orientation. Utilize iCIMS, for applicant tracking applicant progress and employee setup Applicant management in HRIS, uploading documents and auditing onboarding details Tracking all candidates and updates in SharePoint/Excel, present candidate updates in daily/weekly meetings Communication- responsible for welcome and follow calls with candidates to present pre-employment process and company information. Conveys and shares information with recruiters, managers, corporate departments, etc. Customer Oriented – responds to customer and client needs, listens to candidates needs throughout the process, build rapport with candidates Detail Oriented- high attention to detail with data entry Adaptability- with wide variety of client requirements and specific job title requirements Experienced in Microsoft Office products (Outlook and Excel) Ability to keep professional and work with confidential data and personal information Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems & Applicant Tracking System College Degree (Bachelors) or 4+ years in Human Resources
