As our People Development Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of building a high-energy, high-performing culture which involves working alongside leaders, managers and the P&C Business Partner to unlock potential at every level. Please note this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract which involves working part time (onsite) 3 days per week at Co-op Live! Responsibilities Joining the People & Culture team, you’ll lead the charge on designing and delivering dynamic, impactful learning experiences that empower our venue teams with the skills, mindset and confidence to deliver exceptional results and a world-class fan experience. This is more than a training role, it’s an opportunity to act as a trusted partner and coach, using your expertise to spot capability gaps, create innovative development solutions and inspire a culture where learning thrives and people perform at their very best. Knowledge, Skills and Experience We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments - bringing proven experience from events, stadium or hospitality settings and a track record of delivering high-quality, high-volume training that makes a real impact. You’ll be confident navigating compliant training requirements and bring a strong understanding of current NVQ funding routes, alongside extensive experience in designing and delivering engaging, effective learning programmes. As a People Development Advisor, you will have a natural flair for communication and a genuine passion for inspiring others, you’ll energise those around you and create meaningful learning experiences that stick. A background in venue management and training requirements is a bonus, but above all, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset and a drive to elevate every interaction into an exceptional experience.
