Job description

Join our growing pediatric outpatient therapy team! We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support the delivery of high-quality speech and language services to children in a dynamic clinic setting.

Position Overview:
The SLPA works under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with a variety of communication and feeding needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
  • Support children with speech, language, social communication, and feeding goals
  • Prepare therapy materials and assist with clinic organization
  • Collaborate with SLPs, families, and other team members to support patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic and payer requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
  • Current SLPA licensure (or eligibility) in Indiana
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
