Senior Staff Engineer- Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and debug electrical systems for industrial semiconductor equipment.
• Work with power, analog, and digital circuitry, including systems utilizing brushless servo motors, stepper motors, and DC motors.
• Design and implement analog circuits incorporating A/D and D/A converters, signal gain and filtering stages, sensor and encoder feedback, and power amplification.
• Develop and debug industrial control systems using motor controllers, I/O controllers, solenoids, switches, and sensors.
• Integrate systems using standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, EtherCAT, I²C, and USB.
• Create and maintain wiring diagrams and electrical interconnections aligned with existing system architectures; modify or develop new architectures to meet evolving design requirements.
• Design cabling and interconnection solutions between electronic modules, including connector selection and cable gauge definition.
• Collaborate effectively with external vendors and contractors on outsourced design and integration activities.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Develop technically sound and cost effective electrical design solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in power, analog, and digital circuit design.
• Strong understanding of motor control systems, including servo, stepper, and DC motors.
• Proven experience in industrial control system design and system level debugging.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Experience designing cost effective, manufacturable solutions.
• Experience with the following tools or equivalent systems is highly desirable:
  • Altium Designer (schematic capture and PCB layout)
  • Zuken E3 (cables)
  • MS Visio (Wiring Diagrams)
  • Teamcenter or any Product Data Management (PDM) system
