Satair - Commercial Analytics Manager (Contract)

This is a contract position till December 2026.

Job Objectives

• Provide analysis for complex offers for contracts to address customer requirements, by meeting profitability guidelines with a manageable risk exposure
• Generate commercial proposals to customers by understanding customers’ key requirements and criteria in bid process
• Support & enable the Commercial team to take data-driven decisions in order to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to become the Centre of Excellence for all required commercial analytical requirements and drive further development & automation of the same

Job Responsibilities

• Generate commercial proposals for customers by deeply understanding their key requirements and criteria within the bid process.
• Analyze complex offers for contracts, ensuring alignment with profitability guidelines and manageable risk exposure.
• Quantify the commercial consequences of meeting unique customer requirements (e.g., multi-year pricing, volume discounts, and customized logistics).
• Develop robust business cases and present various scenarios to the Approval Committee, recommending preferred options and determining negotiation strategies (including pricing bands).
• Use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest areas and methods for improvement.
• Support the development and production of standardized reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Drive the further development and automation of all required commercial analytical processes, contributing to the "Centre of Excellence."
• Conduct win-loss analyses to continuously sharpen Satair’s value proposition in the market.
• Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company
• You will be instrumental in driving improvements and contributing to an efficient and customer-focused Commercial Analytics Team.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Business / Finance / Engineering preferred
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in a Business Analyst role or similar
• Strong numeracy skills
• Ability to operate, extract and analyse data from business tools, such as but not limited to CRM and Business Intelligence software (or ability to learn and utilise it quickly)
• Some basic knowledge of VBA, Python and other programming language / coding preferred
