Job Description:

AriensCo is looking for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Brillion, WI to serve as a key point of contact between our company and our customers. This role plays an important part in supporting customers by delivering products and services that help identify the best solutions to meet their needs.

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Responsible for order processing for customers as it relates to the parts business:  US & Canadian Dealers, National Accounts, State & Government Agencies, International Distributors, Consumer Credit Card Orders and Internal Customers

  • Responsible for external and internal order processing, RMA’s, product registration support, dealer locator support

  • Successfully communicate in support of the customer with the internal teams of TAC, DC staff and sourcing

  • Apply field promotions ensuring pricing and terms are executed correctly

  • Communicate process and system issues related to order processing to leadership

  • Credit card order processing and all processes related to these transactions

  • Actively attend and participate in required trainings

  • Stay current with system and product information, changes and updates

  • Help identify and implement process improvements for work flows they oversee

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Completion of a two year post high school program, or high school diploma/general education degree (GED)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service

  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems with leadership direction

  • Use judgment to evaluate need for exceptions to policies to meet customer expectations while keeping in mind established guidelines and procedures

  • The ability to support special projects and additional duties as assigned

  • The ability to multi-task or change direction on short notice
