The Opportunity

This role supports the day‑to‑day delivery of sales and marketing activity across the business. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to keep systems updated, coordinate campaigns and materials, track performance, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a hands‑on, varied role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to how sales and marketing work together in an SME.

The role will be a full time, permanent role based in Sydney.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nationwide administrative coordination for the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and executive support.
  • Plan and deliver internal and external events and conferences, handling logistics, vendors, and on-site collateral.
  • Create on‑brand marketing collateral and digital assets (flyers, newsletters, graphics) using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
  • Manage promotional inventory and finance tasks: track materials, raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices and service contracts, and reconcile with finance.
  • Maintain healthcare compliance and copy‑clearance processes while collaborating with sales, suppliers and cross‑functional teams to drive initiatives.
  • Periodically support operational activities—assisting with routine processes, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams—to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help achieve team objectives.

About You

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills — able to juggle nationwide admin, events, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — clear emails, stakeholder updates, and internal copy.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy — especially for finance tasks (POs, invoices) and compliance/copy‑clearance.
  • Event coordination and vendor management — logistics, supplier liaison, on‑site execution.
  • Proficiency with design tools and digital asset creation — Canva and at least one Adobe tool or Figma (intermediate).
  • Basic finance & procurement literacy — raising POs, processing invoices, reconciling with finance.
  • Collaborative teamwork and stakeholder management — works across sales, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

Why Choose Us:

  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Continuous training and support
  • Award-winning leadership development programs
  • Inclusive, flexible, and accessible working arrangements
  • Equal opportunity employer supporting diversity and inclusion

Our Benefits:

  • Up to 18 weeks of parental leave to support new parents
  • 4 days of volunteer leave to give back to the community
  • Option to purchase up to 2 weeks of additional annual leave for extra time off
  • Enjoy a dedicated Wellbeing Day to prioritise self-care
  • Global Wellness Reimbursement of $780 per year for healthy eating, exercise, or mindfulness activities
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional support
  • Enhanced leave provisions for compassionate (caregiver) leave, providing up to 30 days of additional support
  • Life insurance coverage for added peace of mind
