Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Trainee Maintenance/Warehouse associate to support the efficient operation of our facilities and logistics. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in both maintenance and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.

Important: You must be a student with optional IMSS insurance.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Conducting cycle counts.
• Tracking in SAP.
• Entering outbound vouchers.
• Participating in the site’s PLAN-30 program in collaboration with Finance.
• Receiving, storing, and distributing materials and components in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock counts.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

Job Requirements:**

• Currently in the final semester of an engineering or business administration degree program
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical principles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
